A study of the territorial dispute between Japan and Korea over Liancourt Rocks, a small cluster of barren, rocky islets in the Sea of Japan that Japanese call Takeshima and Koreans call Dokdo.
According to the Takeshima Research Group's final report, it says that 「松島・竹島ハ亥子ノ間ニ当ル」, meaning that "Matsushima and Takeshima locates to the Northwest By North to Dougo(島後, main island of Oki)", or "Matsushima and Takeshima locates between the North West and North to Dougo".
